My 6 year old little monkey has done it again! Now she has taught herself how to do an unassisted back bend! What will it be next week?

TJs friend rescued a baby robin whose nest fell out of the tree in her yard. Her daytime babysitter didn't want to watch it, so we took up the challenge. It was a sweet little thing who chirped loudly when it was hungry...which was about every 45 minutes. Still, it was a neat thing to experience!

Teachers may be striking, but we are taking advantage of extra time together! The girls packed this wonderful picnic all by themselves and we took it out to a park we don't visit often. It was one of those blissful afternoons.

TJ loves to share things with me. She often finds me to share the latest project she is working on, or to tell me about the new things happening in her life. I love every second of it, and I'm praying that it continues, even through the teenage years. I always want to know how my girls are feeling and what they are thinking about.

Our kids loved having the "T" family over for a play day! We snapped some fun pictures and enjoyed every minute together. This is one fantastic family!

Activity time! we made some fun rainbow crayons with our crayon "bits" we had lying around all over the house. We got the "bits" picked up AND used them to create something fun! Bonus!

A long-overdue scrapbook day at the church! I only finished 6 pages, but I had a wonderful time visiting with friends and just creating...uninterrupted!

We made our appearance at this park a few times this week! It's full of fun things to explore and play on, and it's even more fun when the kids have friends of theirs to play with...like the Northcotts and Tondevolds!

When TJ babyits the kids, she really goes all out. Okay, so Lyndon was home, too, but TJ and her friend kept their sisters and the "C" kids busy with games, crafts, and even a magic show completely with prizes!

Weeks of practicing and hard work led to a phenomenal night of song and entertainment! All of the girls were amazing in their roles in the "Joust" musical.

I got my "sew" on and created a cute little outfit for JJ, including a matching headband. Now she is oh, so FASHIONAL!
